Privacy Notice

Woodvale Community Facility is a non-profit organization in Edmonton, Alberta. We collect only the personal information we need, and handle it in line with Alberta’s Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA).

This website

This site doesn’t use tracking or advertising cookies. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts.

Event requests

When you send an event request, we receive your name, contact details, organization, dates, event type, space, guest count and notes through Netlify Forms. Our events staff use them to answer your request and arrange your event. We don’t sell personal information or add you to marketing lists without consent.

Sites we link to

The Woodvale Room restaurant site, OpenTable and Instagram have their own privacy policies.

To ask about, correct or delete your information, email events@woodvalefacility.ca.

Terms of Use

Room capacities, menus, prices, promotions and policies may change without notice. Photos show past events and are for illustration.

An event request is not a booking. Your date is confirmed only when Woodvale confirms it in writing and the $1,000 non-refundable deposit is received. Rental fees, food and beverage minimums, gratuity and cancellation terms are set out in your event agreement.

Woodvale shares its site and parking with the Mill Woods Golf Course. Photography on golf course property is restricted; your events manager can tell you where photos are allowed.
